Nutrition therapy for weight concerns (chronic dieting).  Are you tired of the ups and down of dieting?  Are you ready to start on the path of making peace with food and your body?  We would love to help!  At IHNC, we believe in a non-diet, mindful approach to eating.  Through clinic expertise and nutritional counseling, you’ll be provided the tools necessary to help reclaim your inner food wisdom and intuitive self.

Nutrition therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating including bulimia, anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive over-eating, and other disordered eating behaviors.  We understand that taking the first steps to develop a positive relationship with food can be a scary process.  We are here to be a support as you start or continue on your path to eating disorder recovery.

Nutrition therapy for children and parents who are struggling to help their kids have a healthy relationship with food.  With the obesity epidemic swirling around us, it’s important that we don’t let our children fall into the dieting trap.  IHNC provides the tools needed to teach your child how to eat for physical rather than emotional  hunger.  Depending on the age and needs of the child, we may work one on one with your child or we may counsel parent and child simultaneously.

Virtual nutritional consultations are offered via consultation. is a free, live video feed program that works over the internet.  You can access from your smartphone, ipad, or computer.  If your computer does not have a webcam and microphone, they can be purchased cheaply via electronic stores.  At times, due to poor internet connection, the video image may not appear but the sound will be audible.  Depending upon where you live and your internet connection, phone consultations may be a better option.  A current email address will also be needed as assessments, worksheets, etc. will be sent via email.  Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions regarding the consultation process.

We accept Blue Cross of Idaho and Idaho Physicians Network (IPN), insurances.   If we do not accept your insurance, we can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes. We have also created an insurance script to help you identify if your insurance plan will cover nutrition counseling with us.
